From creating new opportunities and winning new business to maintaining effective working relationships with customers, he has helped organisations launch their products and services and improve market positions to achieve financial growth. With more than 20 years’ experience Jon is adept at creating both long- and short-term strategies for clients.
Charlie Rowland
Director
Charlie is a highly experienced commercial expert who has actively been involved in the launch, growth and success of a number of European businesses. He started his career as a sales specialist within the technology sector and was then fast tracked into commercial management where he has built sales teams and forward-thinking commercial strategies. Through Charlie’s straight-talking approach and customer focused leadership he has enabled his clients to flourish and, in many cases, go onto successful mergers and acquisitions. Charlie prides himself on working constructively with business owners and management teams to ensure their organisations see continued corporate and sales success.
